The Earn as you Learn Program

 

As part of NEZ's business support system, a member of Senior Management, or a designated field trainer, accompanies new Account Executives on their first appointments and makes the presentation on their behalf, with a 50/50 split of the initial sales commission. (All residual commissions are paid 100% to the Account Executive). The Trainer/ Senior Manager may also accompany the AE on subsequent presentations at the request of the AE, or when a higher level of expertise is required.

This support allows the Account Executive to witness presentation and closing effectiveness in a live setting, gaining familiarity and comfort with the sales process, while minimizing the risk of lost business due to closing inexperience.

The typical Account Executive can average approximately $2500/week in commissions during the Earn as you Learn phase of their career, which also mitigates the anxiety that can occur as  a new AE builds his/her book of business.
